Submissions are of great interest to us at S&K.  Due to our dedication to quality and accessibility, we must have guidelines for any submitted material.  The following describes these guidelines:

1) Submissions should be sent via email to submissions@stewardandking.net.

2) The email subject of submitted material must be the title of the section you intend for the material to appear. In other words, if you are interested in submitting a detailed location description to the House of Elrond section, your email subject should say just that.

3) Material intended for the Mines of Moria, House of Elrond, or Eye of Sauron will be judged on the basis of quality.  This means that a submitted entry to any of the above sections may or may not appear on the site.  If a submitted entry is selected to appear in the section, it may not appear for some time.

4) Simple statistical write-ups (PCs, NPCs, or creatures or items with no description) or original house rules and mechanics will appear in either Mechanics or Stat Index as appropriate with little discretion (but see below).

5) Any inappropriate material (rules for laser-guns, lewd content or images, etc.) will not be posted on the site.  Unfortunately there is no way to determine a submission's appropriateness other than the judgment of the webmasters.
